Michael Rodden
Michael likes long walks on the beach, and fishing ….. who are we kidding! His most loved thing, after Sashimi, is helping people achieve their home loan goals. After many years being amongst the top real estate agents in Canberra, he then came to his senses and made the leap across the pond and has been a wonderful addition to the Mortgage Brokering world ever since.
With the enthusiasm of a puppy he will do everything he can to get you what you need. Michael will most likely be your first contact, his role is to understand what your goals are, get you started, and help you connect with anybody else you may need. Also hit him up for any real estate tips and tricks, he loves to use his past skills to help our clients even further.
Available from 9am to Midnight, 7 days a week, he prides himself on being one of the most available brokers there is.
Charlotte Lawrie
Charlotte loves the outdoors, well curled up with a book reading about people outdoors, counts right? When she isn’t reading or tending to every whim of the admin team, Charlotte is following up on the banks for you, and ensuring everything meets compliance. Charlotte has been in the industry for so long, that she can remember when the offices were filled with Pokémon go monsters and One Direction still had 5 members.
Her role is to understand what you would like to achieve with your home loan, future goals, and so much more. Hit her up with any questions regarding the process, what’s the difference between redraw and offset, or if you just want to talk about cats.
Available from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, her brain doesn’t like to work outside these hours anymore.

Richard Fares
Richard likes to read Plato, and the works of all the great Philosophers, he actually really does! Richard is Eclipse Home Loans Relationship Manager based in Sydney, which is just an excuse for him to chat to people and drink Almond Mocha’s.
Richard has a varied background in Accounting and Banking before heading over to the Mortgage Brokering world. When Richard is not out “relationship managing” (drinking Mocha’s) he is assisting Charlotte and Michael in preparing and writing up your loan, which means you may hear from him within one of his many capabilities, and will most likely be your first contact if you are in NSW.
Available at the most random hours, as he drinks way too much caffeine.

Admin Team
The Admin team enjoys napping and eating, like all the time. Collectively the Admin team are amongst the hardest working members of the Eclipse Home Loans team, they are there walking across keyboards to answer emails, adding their comments, (rather loudly) when Charlotte is on the phone, and being generally adorable. When they aren’t hard at work answering your emails, their hobbies include staring intently at a wall, exploring the same closet that they explored the day before, stealing your seat and they all really, really enjoy helping with jigsaws.
